Brown Sugar is poured into still boiler along with about 150 gallons of hot water. It is then stirred and circulated with a pump to ensure it is completely dissolved. Heated again for sterilization, it is then pumped to the fermentor where it is diluted and inoculated with yeast. Two weeks later it is ready to distill. Note: taken at the old location.
